| Requirements: |

Master of Science Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Microsystems Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field. In lieu of a Master of Science Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 5 years of progressive experience in computer programming.

1 year experience in job offered or 1 year experience as a Programmer/Analyst. Experience must include analysis, design, design documents review, code review, providing technical consulting and support to business systems delivery, delivering applied technology solutions, design, implementation and maintenance of data/process models including access methods, performance, data protection, application security including the development and monitoring of standards and procedures, and database management.

Proficiency in Java, Oracle, UNIX, Java/J2EE, C and PL/SQL.
